HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?
If, for any reason, you would like to return your product, please get in touch with us with your details, and we will arrange to collect it from you at no cost to you.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the following:
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Product must be in original condition and packaging
- Refunds will only be given within 14 days of purchase
